Frequently Asked Questions

How much space is required for each teepee?

The size of each teepee is Width 1m – Length 1.85. if space is a problem we may be able to put them facing each other depending on your room layout. Please ensure you have measured the required area before we arrive, as we do not hold any responsibility if set ups are not as expected/or cannot fit due to inadequate space! Please note, if we turn up and we are unable to set up at all, we still require a payment of 50% of your set up cost due to travel and time costs.

Do you provide everything needed?

We provide a complete teepee experience except for pillows to sleep on, we don’t  provide these due to hygiene reasons.

 

Is a deposit required?

A security deposit at the time of set-up of $50 is required, but will be returned the following day when we pack down provided there is no significant damage or soiling to any of the items provided in the set up. We understand general wear and tear, as this is hire equipment. We do not charge for last minute cancellations.

What is required on the day of set up?

On the day of set up, we will provide you with a confirmation text when we are on our way, with an estimated time of arrival. Please ensure that your driveway is clear for us to park our vehicle, and we have clear access to the house. The space for the teepee set up needs to be clear and ready when we arrive as we do not move/rearrange furniture. We request that all children and animals are kept out of the are whilst we are setting up, as we have an allocated time slot from the time of arrival, and interruptions to this can result in a rushed job, which we do everything to avoid!

Is delivery included?

Yes, we service the Gold Coast region. A travel fee may be charged if location is outside our delivery zone.

How long does it take to set up?

We highly recommend you allow 45 minutes-1.5 hours for set up and styling, depending on the size of your party. Please ensure all furniture is moved before we arrive, that we have clear access to your driveway to park our vehicle, all animals are secured/children are distracted to ensure the most efficient set up and pack down experience!

Can I add extra teepees if catering for more than 6 children?

Yes additional teepees can be hired for $40 per person.

                                   

TEEPEE PACKAGES ARE FOR INDOOR USE ONLY, AS TEEPEES ARE NOT WATERPROOF!

LIGHT BLANKETS ARE PROVIDED AS PART OF THE PACKAGE. HOWEVER YOU MAY WANT TO ADVISE YOUR GUEST TO BRING A HEAVIER BLANKET, DOONA OR A SLEEPING BAG IF REQUIRED

PLEASE ASK YOUR GUESTS TO BRING THEIR OWN PILLOWS, AS DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS WE DO NOT SUPPLY THESE

ALL PETS MUST BE KEPT AWAY FROM THE HIRE EQUIPMENT

 

OUR MANCHESTER IS LAUNDERED AFTER EACH PARTY, AND ALL OUR STYLING ITEMS ARE CLEANED AND DISINFECTED AFTER EACH USE

Please be aware that the items are all checked prior to each set up. We cannot guarantee that something will not happen if the equipment is not taken care of whilst in your possession. We do not take responsibility or refund if an air mattress goes down, an extra is always provided to mitigate this, but we will not be traveling out to your property a second time if an airmattress deflates.please ensure that your children are not jumping on them or playing on them, these are for sleeping only

Please ensure that any nail painting, face masks or arts and crafts activities, as well as food is kept away from the teepees, blankets and pillows, as this stains and thus ruins our items, a replacement amount will be deducted from your deposit, as we check over everything when it is returned
